Hover Pad
The HoverPad is a platform that will move under the player's feet. If the player manages to travel faster than the HoverPad (as can happen when there is server lag), the HoverPad will shut off and stay at it's current position. The HoverPad will also shut off if its path is obstructed.
NOTE: It is possible and likely that you will fall of the pad. Take this into consideration when using them.
Operation[]
- Activate by right-clicking the lever
- The HoverPad follows the player around beneath the player's feet. Walk to move in the direction you want to go.
- Jump to ascend.
- Hold shift (the sneak mode key) to descend.
- Deactivate by right-clicking the lever again.
Required Parts[]
- 12 Wooden Planks
- 8 Wool (any color)
- 1 Redstone Lamp
- 1 Lever
Construction[]
Start by placing a Redstone Lamp down. Surround the edges of the lamp with eight wooden planks. Place a lever on top of the lamp. Place four more wooden planks further away from the lamp than the first eight wooden planks, but still lined up with the lamp. Wool should be placed such that it touches wooden planks on two sides.
